I proposed solutions for hundreds of organizations in redesigning human capital management system through the Workforce Now platform, specialized in professional services and non-profit industries. I supported the sales process and implementation from analyzing clients’ current processes to demonstrating best solutions through formal presentations to organizations (speaking to a variety of individuals ranging from HR figures to C-suite executives). Exceeded 100% of assigned target goal during the first year.

I analyzed compensation data for 50+ Fortune 500 companies, looked for patterns and anomalies to ensure data was accurately reported and financial data was accurate. I utilized Excel to communicate data corrections with clients, manage files and internal organization. I communicated with clients directly to follow up about data and draw new conclusions.

During Summer 2018, I helped with cleaning up software and database information, updating customer data and clarifying transaction status. Worked to translate software information collection to excel sheets for clearer use. Helped use these data collections to brainstorm new ideas for marketing.

During summer 2015 & 2016 I worked as a general counselor for the three year old group as well as a bus counselor at Breezemont Day Camp. I ensured a fun, safe, and entertaining environment while keeping track of children all day.
