Emily R. Bandovic is a licensed attorney in the State of New York and founded Bandovic Law, PLLC in November 2020. Emily graduated Cum Laude and received her Juris Doctor degree from Pace Law School in May 2018. While at Pace Law School, Emily worked as a legal extern at the Pace Women’s Justice Center’s Family Court Legal Program, where she operated under a Student Practice Order in the walk-in clinic of the White Plains Family Courthouse. She also worked as a legal research assistant for two distinguished professors, while acting as Director of Moot and Trial Advocacy Skills on the school’s Executive Advocacy Board. During her law school career, Emily competed in multiple moot court competitions, including the NYC Bar Association’s National Moot Court Competition, where her team was recognized as a semi-quarter finalist, in addition to the Pace Law School’s Advanced Appellate Advocacy Grand Moot Court Competition, where she was recognized as a finalist and awarded with best brief. Prior to finding Bandovic Law, PLLC, Emily worked as an associate attorney at a variety of prestigious family and matrimonial law firms in Westchester County. Emily worked as an associate attorney at the law firm of Riebling, Proto & Sachs, LLP, from August 2018 through September 2019, where she focused on matrimonial and family law, in addition to vehicle and traffic law. She also worked briefly as an associate at Miller, Zeiderman & Wiederkehr, LLP, and Dimopoulos Bruggemann, P.C. Emily worked as a law clerk at the law firm of Farber, Pappalardo & Carbonari, in White Plains, New York, from 2016-2018. Prior to law school, she worked as a legal assistant at Salley & Salley, a family law firm based outside of New Orleans, Louisiana, from 2013-2015. Emily graduated from Binghamton University in 2011 with a B.A. in English. Emily’s areas of focus include family law, matrimonial law, vehicle and traffic law, appellate practice, and alternative dispute resolution.
