More specifically, Core Finance (IA, Treasury, Revenue Operations, SEC Reporting, Payroll, Tax, Finance/People Technology and Finance Operations), Content Controllership (Content Accounting, Studio Operations and Creative Production Finance), Aviation, Global Safety & Security, Workplace, and Advertising Sales and Operations. Prior experience supporting hiring for Product (Client and User Engineering), Employee Technology, and Talent. Day to day responsibilities:• Partner directly with hiring managers to support the full cycle of the recruitment process and build recruiting strategies to attract top talent• Work closely with senior leaders to determine hiring needs, headcount planning, and organizational changes• Own and manage multiple roles (from IC to Vice President) across different orgs • Lead and facilitate events with external groups that support diversity and inclusion in the various orgs I support• Serve as the Talent lead for Accessibility@ Netflix
