HIGHLIGHT: CXtec, Inc. is a parent company to three other business units - all running on one in house marketing team. As the lead project manager, it was my responsibility to assure my team of content writers, graphic designers, a SEO analyst and event coordinator are all operating as one unit. I also acted as the content and social media strategist of 10+ social media handles.Accounting-Manage departmental expense log, work with my team to capture and code all expenses, provide monthly report to accounting and act as a liaison for issues that may arise. Community Relations-Maintain oversight of corporate community involvement such as committee oversight, coordination with community partners, and internal involvement with promotion and scheduling.-Create volunteer opportunity communication vehicle for all employees to self-serve. Ensure that CXtec & TERACAI leverage visibility opportunities and maintain brand standards at all times. -Member of Make-A-Wish Committee, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Committee and SPCA Committee.Content Creation -As a member of the content team, I am responsible for creating content for blog posts, external emails, press releases, and landing pages.-There is heavy social involvement especially in terms of scheduling and identifying 3rd party content to re-post or comment on. -I manage 11 different social platforms between the CXtec, TERACAI, CABLExpress, and NY Tech Summit business units. Project Management-Work with the team to identify new projects with involvement from multiple team members. -Schedule project kick off meetings, capture, distribute and follow up on action items on a daily basis.-Identify new tools or procedures each week to improve communication and project flow.

HIGHLIGHT: The creation and implementation of marketing strategies such as table tents, posters, and videos for intern recruitment. Together this marketing campaign allowed for the highest number of applicants in Alumni Engagement history and was entered in the SUNYCUAD Awards for Excellence Program. • Work with staff supervisor to coordinate the program• Lead a team of 5 interns to delegate necessary tasks and assist in any problems that may rise• Host and speak at events including Alumni Speaker Series Events and Spring 2016 Leadership Conference • Assist the Parks Alumni House team with event coordination

HIGHLIGHT: Created a 30 day social media campaign to promote the Cortaca Jug, a claim to fame for SUNY Cortland. I made videos, conducted interviews, and used photo shop to post something every day of the month leading up to the big game. Throughout this campaign the SUNY Cortland Alumni Association Facebook page had an organic reach of 4,399 people on November 15th (game day). From 10/16/15 to 11/16/15 (the month the campaign ran), the page had 18 days that had a reach of more than 1,000 people. • Provide engagement opportunities with alumni, current students, faculty and staff • Organizing events on campus and regionally• Utilizing social media, email, print and other methods to communicate with alumni
