• Led team of 15 in the creation of AI agents designed to optimise daily processes across Operations and mitigate errors produced as a result of current processes.
• Created a business case determining the accuracy of AI agents and analysing previous errors that can now be mitigated, allowing for the potential to save $3.1 million per annum.
