-Collaborate daily with Creative Director Francisco Costa, the Design Directors, and our Milan-based Product Developer.-Design and develop four seasons per year of Commercial Knitwear and Cut and Sew groups under direction of Design Director.-Coordinate with Merchandiser and Wovens Senior Designer on color allocation and garment range for Commercial line.-Conduct fittings twice a season for the Commercial Collection, and Runway pieces with their relative teams.-Sketch, develop stitches, make tech packs and layouts for Runway styles.-Research and source seasonal yarns and identify market trends to create new, relevant, designs ideas. -Manage knitters, technical designers, and freelance design assistants for Runway and Commercial collections-Conduct product development with local NYC vendors on knit developments for the Runway collection

Associate Designer Knits and Sweaters. Responsibilities include Knitwear and Cut & Sew design for Commercial and Runway.Research and stitch development, design, technical spec design, communicating with mills and knitters in NY, Italy, and China, fitting commercial and runway lines, working with Merchandisers and allocating colors, organizing yarn, PO's, orders and invoices.
