Delivered internal and independent cohorts of a leadership development program based on the idea of "trying on" different leadership behaviors and shaping yourself intentionally as a leader. My model for leadership was based on two pillars: critical thinking and self-awareness. Using these two skills, we combined 1) sensing what was needed for the situation with 2) constant practice in empathy, discomfort, and reflection in order to properly model and enable change.Prior to this period, when I had space, I facilitated strategic planning retreats, conducted large organizational assessments, assisted with board development, coached leaders and managers through conflict or strategic changes, and observed and consulted on team dynamics and process efficiency. Techniques and methodologies included Prosci, quantitative and qualitative research, interviews, assessment / diagnostic design, business analysis, and various models.

Supported the 800+ Information Technology group, including the Business Transformation Office, and the Customer Experience group, consulting and collaborating with VPs and Directors to develop change management, engagement, performance, process, and team dynamics recommendations and interventions.- Partnered with OCIO to facilitate the development and implementation of a refreshed IT Strategy and accompanying change plans in the midst of a complex Agile transformation- Developed and implemented year-long bespoke strategic leadership program for VPs and Directors in coordination with CIO- Partnered with Sr. HRBP to diagnose and plan for team development needs, adjustments to org design, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives- Partnered with other Organizational Effectiveness colleagues to design and implement division- and enterprise-wide strategies and programs, including employee onboarding and employee engagement

Edify built tailored employee onboarding, manager development, and other L&D solutions for fast-growing tech startups, typically between 200 and 1000 employees. We had the pleasure of working with technical and HR teams from OpenSky Alibaba, Evisions, Cloudability, Puppet, FlightGlobal, and more.
