Delivered internal and independent cohorts of a leadership development program based on the idea of "trying on" different leadership behaviors and shaping yourself intentionally as a leader. My model for leadership was based on two pillars: critical thinking and self-awareness. Using these two skills, we combined 1) sensing what was needed for the situation with 2) constant practice in empathy, discomfort, and reflection in order to properly model and enable change.Prior to this period, when I had space, I facilitated strategic planning retreats, conducted large organizational assessments, assisted with board development, coached leaders and managers through conflict or strategic changes, and observed and consulted on team dynamics and process efficiency.
