It features an external LED media plane, a nearly four-acre screen, a revolutionary audio system, and a massive internal volumetric space designed for new shows.As the first TA team member dedicated to shaping the workforce behind Sphere's design, I hired and served as both Player and Coach to the Talent Acquisition. The team supported hiring initiatives across various technology domains for Sphere and MSG Entertainment and Sports, including software engineering, IT/infrastructure, R&D, interactive/gaming, data platform, studio and venue technology. Recruitment efforts encompassed full-time, contingent labor, and executive search initiatives nationwide.-Enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality hires through strategic projects and processes.-Collaborating to launch employment-branded content and establishing a dedicated career site (spherecareers.com) to enhance visibility for open roles and create an employment identity for Sphere.-Redesigning interview and feedback collection processes to optimize the candidate and employee experience.-Centralizing contingent staffing and reducing agency spend through a company-wide Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Preferred Vendor Program.-Introducing sourcing as a practice within the organization, with a specific focus on executive search, and contributing to the design and implementation of the executive search team.-Served on the Executive Search team. -Leading the implementation of the first military intern program via the Skillbridge program.-Featured speaker during Hispanic Heritage Month in 2021.

Hired to fill high priority roles within Technology and Digital Marketing. Partnered with C level execs to build strategy and deliver results.

During my tenure at TCP, I was responsible for supporting the companies digital transformation. I managed stakeholders and full life cycle recruitment for Technology, Digital Marketing/Product, E-comm/Omni, and Logistics/Supply Chain. All of these groups were key partners that supported the companies business transformation office. Additionally I spearheaded a project that streamlined the companies contingent labor process and improved the management of temporary labor resources and capital spend project resources. I drove the RFP and selection process for the solution, which was a VMO and strategic payroll partner. I also lead the overall VMO implementation. I was also the project owner for the companies ATS(ICIMS) corporate re-deployment.
