An eager BSc Psychology Undergraduate student from City, University of London studying to become a clinical psychologist within the NHS and within a private practice. This small-scale experience has helped me develop skills in online retail and customer relations and I apply my understanding of psychology to create a positive customer experience and market products effectively. By using principles of consumer behaviour, I tailor my listings and interactions to meet the emotional and practical needs of buyers.
