By introducing structured SOPs for key tasks and setting up weekly meetings to drive accountability, I guide leaders in maintaining a vision that all tasks contribute to the company’s larger goals.I also work closely with boards, CEOs, and entrepreneurs to design their organization's strategic plan. This process involves establishing or revitalizing the leaders' vision, identifying clear objectives, setting priorities, and identifying the metrics needed to measure success.
