Focusing on health promotion engagement and individualized health coaching for over 6,000 employees and spouses.Proactively assesses and influences population’s top health risks to reduce medical spending while enhancing the workplace culture for employees to thrive.Collaborates with Aetna account management team, and client’s Human Resources, marketing, and multi-disciplinary clinical departments to produce promotional wellbeing campaigns and events.Manages all well-being program offerings, including management of corporate wellness vendors, corporate wellness funds and client well-being committees to ensure high visibility and success of program objectives to all nine locations. Client has achieved the highest level "Aetna Workplace Wellbeing Award" designation for the last four years.
