Secret Keepers jewelry was born out of the desire to create beautiful tokens for the thousands of women Emily supports to wear as a reminder of how much they have overcome, whether it be leaving an unhealthy relationship, recovering from addiction, losing a loved one, or facing a fear. Offering high-level business consulting for executives and startups alike, Emily founded Elevate Your Impact so she could share her 15+ years of management, operations, and marketing experience and help others achieve their goals. From seven-figure product launches, to funnel optimization, to team building, to online sales and social media marketing and much more, Emily’s advice is grounded in real-world experience and highly prized by her clients.

Emily Rosen is the CEO of the internationally acclaimed Institute for the Psychology of Eating, where she oversees business development strategies, student affairs, marketing and PR, and keeps a pulse on the fields of nutrition and eating psychology to ensure the Institute’s position as a leader worldwide. She is also a teacher in Dynamic Eating Psychology, Mind Body Nutrition, Conscious Entrepreneurship, and Business Development.

Emily founded Health by Design in order to offer specialized coaching to clients in a one-on-one format. In this practice, Emily created individualized nutrition programs and menu plans for private clients and provided guidance, counsel, and support for individuals and families in making lifestyle changes. Emily used her culinary training to provide personal catering for people with specific dietary needs and food allergies. Other services she offered included personalized weight loss strategies for children, teens, and adults; clinical nutrition for various medical and metabolic issues; clinical collaboration with clients’ doctors and caregivers; and ongoing online and phone support for clients.

As Nutrition and Culinary Director for the Wellspring private wellness program, Emily taught daily nutrition and culinary classes to program participants, ages 10-60. She assisted in menu planning with to ensure proper nutrition in dining hall meals. Emily designed and implemented a Culinary Class curriculum for adults, created and tested recipes in accordance with Wellspring’s weight loss program, and catered and hosted private dinner parties for clients.

As Executive Chef and Food Service Manager at The Option Institute, Emily directed all operations of the kitchen. She oversaw menu development and planning, including creating and updating menus to maximize profits and minimize loss. Her duties included maintaining the inventory of kitchen supplies and food by purchasing food and supplies while controlling costs. Emily was responsible for hiring and training employees working in the kitchen, including volunteers, and ensuring meal quality and presentation. Under her supervision, the kitchen staff prepared and served three buffet style meals a day, assisted participants with special food requests, and handled standard food service work, including sanitation duties. Emily also supervised the preparation of daily lunches for autistic children with all gluten free and dairy free food. She continually worked to improve the kitchen’s services by reviewing all participant evaluations and acting on feedback immediately.

As the Nutrition Director at Camp Kingsmont, Emily designed and created a full nutrition program and class curriculum for participants. She outlined dining room guidelines and trained staff on proper food service. Emily reviewed, altered, and approved all menus for summer programs. She taught weekly nutrition classes for 150 children ages 9-17, including creating appropriate educational handouts and materials. She wrote a Nutrition Manual for Children, provided specialized counseling sessions for campers and parents, reviewed the effectiveness of programs and designed new strategies for compliance and success. In addition, Emily supervised and trained nutrition interns to monitor children’s progress throughout the summer.

As Manager of The Tea Stop, Emily maintained inventory, developed Tea Stop branded products, and supervised staff.
