I was also responsible for managing the makeline to ensure both quality assurance and efficiency.My main initiative in this role was cross-training existing team members. I identified that there were periods when delivery team members had downtime between deliveries, which coincided with busy periods on the makeline. I trained delivery team members in simple makeline tasks, such as preparing sides, restocking and saucing bases. This improved operational team efficiency with use of existing resources and ensured I met my key performance indicators for managing the makeline. Show less
