Examined effector function of T cells deficient in p27kip1 and p18ink4c in vivo, using a murine model of cardiac allograft rejection.Evaluated time to graft rejection in wild-type mice or p27kip1 and p18ink4c knockout mice receiving anti-rejection therapies that are known to slow or halt T cell responses.
