- Maintain multiple Long Term Incentive award models- Prepare and post monthly journal entries with detailed work papers as support (use SAP as the accounting system)- Prepare account reconciliations and analysis schedules for income statement items- Provide auditors with all the information needed complete the yearly audit- Prepare a detailed budget, as well as updating quarterly with analysis- Provide various ad hoc requests to multiple groups and upper management- Hire, train, supervise and evaluate intern every 6 monthsKey Accomplishments- Created a detailed variation analysis, which accurately analyzes how our hedging programming is working, as well as provide accurate analysis versus prior month and the budget. - Created new models for the unit based awards in excel using various excel functions that more accurately calculate the monthly entries. Now we can more accurately calculate expense by cost center and provide more reporting that upper management is looking for.- Created a payment database that stores all payments made to participants in the long term incentive program, broken out by award type. Used for cash flow and tax purposes.- Assisted in creating a database for one of the more complex award types. Now we are able to report expense by fund, by cost center, by participant.
