I reviewed application documents of C-level executives interested in taking part in an Exponential Technology Executive Program offered quarterly, and made admission recommendations aimed at building a diverse and highly professional cohort of students appropriate for a senior executive program.

I created new avenues for student enrollment that helped drive enrollments. I managed and supported a network of 100+ international representatives who provided 50% of our student enrollments. I helped develop and implement a global engagement strategy that supports enrollment goals. My focus was on driving diversity within programs.

Liaison for the continuing education unit.

I built relationships with U.S. university admissions and recruitment offices helping provide solutions for international recruitment needs. I also expanded social media and content marketing efforts by contributing to social media outlets and blog and helped to develop newly implemented Salesforce CRM.

I remotely managed the educational program for 150+ Libyan scholarship students studying in the United States. I was responsible for tracking and reporting on all aspects of the students’ academic program, including annual comprehensive performance reviews for our government client.

I was a full-time instructor of 6th and 7th grade English and social studies in a bilingual educational program for Ecuadorian and multi-national students and designed curriculum for social science and English units in collaboration with a team of instructors. I developed and led a variety of workshops related to English as a foreign language in order to promote professional development in the institution.

I was the primary immigration and admission advisor for the intensive English program.
