Serving as Senior Proposal Manager, I lead, supervise, and coordinate the overall preparation of proposals as assigned to ensure timely delivery of a winning document that fully complies with the clients formal & informal requirements. I develop, implement, and train personnel on Granite's systematic approach to proposal preparation that results in winning proposals. I coordinate the development and maintenance of information databases such as CRM, SharePoint, and Open Asset to facilitate proposal preparation. I prepare marketing material and presentations for client interviews/presentations, participates in client debriefings on both successful and unsuccessful pursuits and distributes lessons learned to improve Granite's proposal process, systems and product. I facilitate presentation training for any meetings with the client that may be part of the proposal process. I lead the preparation of award applications as assigned to ensure that Granite is presented in the best manner possible.

Serving as Proposal Manager, I developed proposals for Design/ Build, P3, and Joint Venture opportunities from advertisement through delivery. I interpreted proposal requirements and prepared final responses while providing technical writing, technical editing, production coordination, document management, and content development on client report or proposal documentation. I researched to gather and sort source background materials and consulted with Subject Matter Experts and team partner firms to clarify details of source materials. I created, accumulated and maintained proposal resource materials including project profiles, resumes, photos, and general company narratives including safety, environmental, quality management, project management, schedule, public involvement, and community relations for qualifications and proposal use. I coordinated with Corporate Business Development to ensure that Work History and Resume libraries were maintained. Serving as a liaison between Regional offices and the pre-qualifications group, I verified that qualifications and proposals were compliant with Owner requirements.
