I love to develop new systems, processes and solutions to satisfy the needs of my dealer customers.With a great group of hard working individuals helping me at QA, we have been able to grow and construct different products that benefit our customers while keeping costs low. We have the advantage of being relatively small. This allows us the ability to change methods, create new products and customize services to fit our dealership's wants. I am very fortunate to have an unbelievably hard-working, dedicated group working for Quality Assurance; they truly are the best in the industry. I also have the pleasure of working with the best and brightest managers in the automotive industry. Their ideas and creative "wants" help guide Quality Assurance into the future.
