Currently working as a Project Manager within the Capital Programs department, my role is to implement capital funded projects across our facilities portfolio. I support projects starting from programming, into design and permitting, move and change management, construction and commissioning. My projects have included a 66,000sf tenant improvement, an 8,000sf ground up welding and training facility, a 30,000sf office and warehouse decommissioning and move-out, portfolio-wide AV equipment installations, and many safety and security related upgrades. I am now supporting my department in its goals to achieve Net Zero energy, waste and water across our owned facilities by the year 2030 and engaging with third party consultants to conduct site surveys and develop long-term strategies.My focus is on adhering to standards and to ensure that the space provided to employees not only functions to support them in their daily tasks, but to also guarantee a safe, secure and positive work environment.
