Emily Rushton is the Founder and CEO of Hire Integrated, Utah’s *brightest* recruiting agency. Emily started her career in staffing at Robert Half where she had a front-row seat in helping Fortune 500 companies hire the sharpest talent. In her six years of employment at Robert Half, Emily Ruston became a member of their Chairman’s Club (a recognition only reserved for the top 10 producers within the company, per division). Emily took her professional endeavors to another level when she co-launched SEARCH Group Partners, Inc. as an Equity Partner. After a couple of years, she decided to buy into minority ownership of a local boutique recruiting firm, PrincePerelson & Associates, as Executive Vice President. Both opportunities gave her a taste for entrepreneurship and storytelling. Emily credits her time here as the light bulb moment where she learned that recruiting isn’t another sales job - it’s all about storytelling. It’s about putting the candidate at the center of their story where they determine the plot and get to write their own dream ending - and it didn’t take long for the staffing industry to catch on to her unique perspective on hiring. Rushton became synonymous with helping companies solve their high-volume hiring challenges and was the first call for when hiring managers would say “we need to hire great people, people quickly”. Now as the Founder and CEO of Hire Integrated, Emily Rushton tells stories she loves from companies her firm integrates with.
