CurrentEnsure receptionist, drivers and office Assistants are well aware of their assignments. Manage purchase of office supplies, office equipment & furniture within the budget. Preparing Attendance monitoring system, Set appointments & scheduled meetings. Coordinate with Sales Director & Sales Manager, Arrange travel, hotel, Visas and flights as necessary for Managing Directors and all corporate business travel. Attending inquiries of the clients, Preparing Booking Orders and Media plans/Kit to clients, Local Purchase Order, Invoicing, Credit Notes & credit Application along with the required documents. Handle petty cash funds and raising expense claims. Follow up collections from clients. In charge of Accounts payable, accounts Receivables & Pay roll of employees. Preparing reports such as Aging Report, Collection Report, Bank reconciliation report at the end of the month. Preparing minutes of meetings, In charge in HR. Filings of documents. Preparing payments to supplier. Processing Visa of employees. In charge as PRO of the company with PRO card from TECOM. In charge of distribution of Magazine. Handling mailing list of clients.
