As a Client Account Manager, I provided some of the firm's most important client accounts streamlined support that focused on strategic planning, more efficient internal operations, and relationship building within our matrixed organization. Ultimately, I enabled our accounts to provide the best possible service to our clients. By understanding both complicated internal landscapes, and the clients we ultimately serve, I provided my dedicated strategic accounts with a unique skill set and opportunity to maximize their effectiveness. Working in an organization like Deloitte also brought exciting opportunities outside of my day to day responsibilities, including being a member of the steering committee for our organization wide volunteer day, serving as a judge for an innovation in education prize, and co-leading a Parent's Network which provides support and best practices for Client Account Managers who are constantly balancing demanding careers with their home life.
