As a Customer Success Manager, I have a passion for identifying my clients' pain points and providing swift and effective solutions, alongside identifying opportunities for upsells and cross sells and maintaining customer retention. I previously worked as a Project Manager on over 200 projects before moving over to Customer Success to champion further growth for customers post-implementation. I graduated in 2020 from UC Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Communication and was a member of the entrepreneurship co-ed fraternity Sigma Eta Pi.
