Responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent representation of the Paul Davis brand across all owned and operated digital properties and channels.Provided strategic and tactical leadership for digital marketing plan development, implementation and support for local franchise offices.

Implemented a marketing platform for 300+ offices providing a centralized hub for email campaigns, social media marketing, collateral and print marketing, internal communications, and a CRM. Achieved adoption of marketing platform throughout the network by providing live webinar training, case studies and creating an educational library of video tutorials and written guides.

Enhance Paul Davis’ presence on the web using social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Yelp, etc. Assist franchisees with web and social media marketing issues and provide training / updates at the PDR Convention, local marketing conference. Research and contribute content to external blogs as well as the PDR blog in effort to assist with search engine optimization, drive traffic to the national website and give our target audience fresh content about our company.

Provided support for the CEO and Executive team. Managed the company's intranet. Coordinated meetings for the National Executive Committee, Executive Finance Committee and Compliance and Procedures Committee.
