Panther Kid childcare workers provide care in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for kindergarten-4th grade students at an elementary campus in Midway ISD. Childcare duties include setting up materials, tutoring, providing snacks and drinks, active monitoring during activities and play, conflict resolution between students, management of student behavior, and generally caring for children with a respectful, calm and compassionate demeanor.

Supported the Director of the Poverty Simulation during weekends to acts as debriefers and workers to facilitate a more authentic experience for participants. Helping the program director with background details to make the weekend run smoothly (cooking, cleaning, serving, and decorating etc.)
