I manage multiple projects from predevelopment to placed in service under the direction of the CEO and COO. I initiated and manage CBP's project management software (Monday.com), which views projects granularly and as an overview from start to finish, provide period tracking reports to partners, and develop a cleaner development process.I also work collaboratively with other employees to perform duties such as website maintenance, social media and public relations, graphic design, program design and implementation, and researching federal and state guidance.I attended the 2023-34 CSH Supportive Housing Institute alongside partner Direction Home of Eastern Ohio to learn more about the development and ownership of supportive housing.
