Supports over 8,000 users working in 84 different agencies across the state of New Hampshire. Maintains the Help Desk by tracking phone calls and emails through ticketing software. Uses Active Directory to maintain accounts in a multi-domain environment. Performs preliminary troubleshooting of personal computers to detect problems. Sets up hardware and installs software as needed. Maintains and supports personal computer applications to satisfy the requirements of the user. Periodically prepares report summaries on Help Desk activities and writes documentation on services.

This is a summer position only. During the summers of 2008 and 2009, I received and processed payments from clients; answered walk-in, telephone, and email information requests; Cleaned studios, waiting rooms, and office daily.During recital season, I run the sound board for each number in the recital, which is typically 8 shows in 3 days. I have done this every summer since 2010, and plan on doing it every summer for the foreseeable future.

As a part of President Obama’s re-election campaign team, work directly with the Operations Director to provide logistical and technical support to 24 offices across the state. Manage ordering and distribution of supplies for all offices. Find and negotiate new office spaces, act as a liaison between office staff and landlords. Provide networking and printing solutions for new offices. Remain on-call for technical and logistical emergencies in a fast-paced environment. Track all in-state Help Desk requests and go on-site for support.

Schedule desktop support consultant appointments with clients.Support Supervisors by mentoring new employees throughout the year, assist in planning and implementing training and workshops, oversee ticket handling. Perform advanced antivirus software configuration and installation. Go on-site to assist clients with desktop issues.

This is a summer position. Write and edit articles and press releases for the subscription website. Create multimedia videos and presentations to promote DanceStudioOwner.com and Kathy Blake Dance Studios. Update and maintain the website. Plan studio startup checklist and calendar project. Assist with clerical work.

Assist constituents in accessing Federal Agencies for different types of problems. Work with Community Representatives to refer constituents to appropriate groups for non-federal issues. Assist with tracking requests in the office-wide database, obtaining necessary information and privacy release forms and documents related to the constituent request. Prepare schedules, briefs, and background materials needed for specific events.
