I am a Counselor for adult individuals who suffer from post traumatic stress. I work well with those who are motivated to relieve their painful history and who have had mixed results with traditional talk therapy. I am a Consultant and certify colleagues in Brainspotting, a form of eye movement processing for anxiety, depression, PTSD & neuro-cognitive issues. I give online and international talks, research, and collaborate on topics of Vision, Brainspotting, Mental Wellness and Inclusivity. Both 1:1 and in large groups, I offer unique and helpful insights and perspectives to aid you on your own personal journey of post-traumatic growth & clarity. My memoir will be released in 2025!
