I've also had the opportunity to become highly proficient with authoring tools (Storyline 360, Rise, and Adobe Captivate), graphics and animation software (Adobe CC, Vyond, etc.), and several LMS (D2L Brightspace, Blackboard, etc.). After a few years of success in my role as a Product Specialist, I became Project Lead, where I added leadership, resource management, and project management to my skill set. Some other fun things I got to do in this role were: plan, develop, and deliver end-user training, write documentation, give product demos, and produce how-to guides for our clients.
