Content Marketing is key for a company with an offering like Macquarie's BFS division. During my time as Content Production Manager I played a key role in establishing the importance of content marketing within the organisation. I finished my time at Macquarie soon after the inaugural launch of their 'Perspectives' content marketing platform and managed the launch, including communications, and content of the successful 500+ ppl event at Sydney's iconic ICC.During this time I also developed my skills in editing and re-shaping complex financial services related copy. I enjoyed working with specialists in their field (home loans, super and SMSF's) to understand their message and translate for our readers.

I helped establish Bamboo's relationship with new client, Frucor, delivering a memorable on pack promotion using Wolverine. Other memorable work was for Electrolux - gift with purchase campaigns and a lot of video production and free talent on-air appearances...

My foray into rewards programs, building complex websites and partner management.

On pack, experiential and shopper campaigns for Goodman Fielder, Panasonic, Dairy Farmers.

A short, but rewarding, contract managing BMF's first on pack promotion with Lion. It was hard work getting the campaign back on track but a lot of fun and a great chance to work within such a well respected agency and a team of excellent creative minds.

How fun to jump from the CBD to Surry Hills, before the influx of agencies to the area. Helped Mark establish process and get things up and running while managing complex on pack promotions for Sanitarium, Unilever, Vodafone...and others I can't quite remember now. Also responsible for establishing a large number of amazing friendships.

Wine anyone? PCG was amazing. I learned everything about agency, brief writing, process and the dangers of free alcohol at the Singleton Ogilvy Mather bar...

My first agency role...all those new words. Internal review, debrief, brief (!), estimates, mock-up, scalpel. Loved it and didn't ever want to leave agency work. Amex was the main focus and I learned many fundamental skills I still rely on to this day.
