Currently work as a Over-the-Road (OTR) Transfer Coordinator helping facilitate transportation for school groups planning a WorldStrides educational trip. I confirm trips and send itineraries to the bus companies and work as a point of contact between the bus company and the account managers organizing the group.

Organize group visits for groups from 10 to 200+ people. I keep an updated Microsoft Excel spreadsheet of groups both past and present. Send e-mail confirmations using a mail merge document.

As a Guest Services Supervisor at the Massanutten Waterpark I assist guests checking in to the park, handle group tickets, and handle any issues guest may have with the Guest Service Agents. This job provides me with very useful customer service skills as well as cash handling experience.
