I have worked in various streams across the live music industry, giving me a versatile understanding of the operational requirements involved in successfully delivering live shows. Over the course of this time, I would seek new challenges that would allow me to develop and strengthen my skills in the areas of Lighting & Sound, Stage Management, Artist Services and most recently assisting in the Venue Operations and Bookings for multiple venues across Adelaide CBD. Outside of my day-to-day, I find myself involved in projects that are driven towards supporting diversity amongst remote arts communities. Having worked in operations for an Arnhem Land based Art Centre, and most recently being involved in a cultural music festival based in remote WA, I see value in cultivating relationships and having the ability to offer support and guidance for aspiring artists. I find these experiences to be incredibly rewarding and important in establishing connections and expanding my knowledge of various cultures and genre's of music. During my time at Five Four Entertainment, I have implemented new processes and tools for managing an incredibly dynamic and fluctuating workload. Working closely with the Bookings Manager, we have strengthened systems that often results in positive feedback from various stakeholders. I find enjoyment in creative projects, having previously trialled concepts and event series whilst at Five Four, that are heavily focused on showcasing local artists and networking amongst local radio stations and other community music programs.In addition to this, I occasionally freelance in Artist Services including Artist transport, VIP experiences and Merchandise.
