As a consultant in Proactive Advisory my work includes conducting Incident Response Gap Assessments, developing Incident Response Plans and Playbooks customized to client environments, and developing customized table exercises to asses incident response capabilities. Additionally, I have conducted risk assessments of private equity portfolio companies on abbreviated timelines. These engagement required extensive document review, client interviews with technical and managerial stakeholders, and evaluating findings from digital forensics and threat intelligence work streams to deliver a single integrated report of customized risks and recommendations per portfolio companies.

I worked with Unit 42, the research arm of Palo Alto Networks, to develop in house tools to facilitate data distribution. This included developing filtering methods to prevent sensitive customer data from being exposed, and identifying common command and control structures among ransomware families. All programming utilized python as a coding language.

I work with the LEAD team at Champlain College as part of the Financial Sophistication Track. I act as an intermediary between student leaders on the Financial Sophistication Track and professional staff in order to collaborate on creating informative and entertaining financial literacy workshops. Responsible for supporting first year students as a mentor and peer, as well as organizing social and educational events for students. Also facilitates workshops related to financial literacy including Millionaire Investment Game (a retirement simulation) and Understanding Credit (information session on credit/debit).
