In this role I am responsible for managing the website, social media presence andcreation of promotional and marketing materials for a small independent charity. Ihave worked to build a strong brand identity, increase visibility and deliver consistentlevels of engagement while increasing followings across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Supporting new & expectant families in a variety of settings as part of a service commissioned by the local council. This included delivering popular group education workshop style sessions to expectant parents in local venues in a way that would engage & inform attendees. I also visited new parents at home in the early days after birth, to provide intensive practical and emotional support for infant feeding using a range of skills such as teaching and counselling delivered in an empathetic and sensitive manner. A key feature of this role was building & maintaining relationships with the families wesupported as well as providers from other agencies.

My own small business which I design, manage & produce bespoke items including customised clothing, soft furnishings, gifts and offer graphic design services.
