• Created job descriptions, evaluation metrics, and internal processes to maximize productivity while reducing errors.
• Acted as a teacher, mentor, motivator, and voice of reason for staff within my departments and across the agency.
• Facilitated programs training entry-level staff as well as contracting with outside parties for leadership coaching. This led to clearer expectations being set and provided a more actionable path forward.
• Created and documented plans for advancement within my departments. This contributed to having higher job satisfaction and better retention within my teams.
• Developed reporting metrics that allowed department leads to quickly assess their team's output levels and make any needed adjustments

• Managed a team of 10 graphic designers who produced as many as 400 pieces of creative in a week, motivating them to continuously improve their skills
• Responsible for the overall look of the agency's creative products
• Created an approval system integrated into Slack which reduced the number of errors coming from the department by over 50%
• The team won multiple GDUSA awards and an ADDY under my direction
