The mission of these teams was to execute strategic marketing and advertising plans, with a very precise and high level of output while prioritizing customer satisfaction. • Created job descriptions, evaluation metrics, and internal processes to maximize productivity while reducing errors.• Acted as a teacher, mentor, motivator, and voice of reason for staff within my departments and across the agency. • Facilitated programs training entry-level staff as well as contracting with outside parties for leadership coaching. This led to clearer expectations being set and provided a more actionable path forward. • Created and documented plans for advancement within my departments.
