Development of digital resources for University of Stirling stakeholders, utilising HTML and collaborating with the Information Manager alongside Consultants for quality improvement of information and data. Implementing an email marketing strategy to engage stakeholders to promote the service and resources available.

As a career crew intern I work for the Careers & Employability service at the University of Stirling. My role includes helping out with events as well as creating and posting content to make students aware of the service and promote what we have to offer.

Offering peer to peer support for students living in University accommodation, whilst also organising and running events to create a sense of community.

Ensuring smooth running of daily operations at the hotel whilst making sure guests followed the correct covid guidelines.

Working on the university's website using T4, adding icons to USPs as well as providing blog fixes on Wordpress. Producing content for the university's social media and blog. This includes writing blogs and providing original photos and producing original social media content.

Working collaboratively with the organiser of a music course to help promote the course and attract customers. My work involved creating a landing page using Wordpress along with market research and running an email campaign. I also manage the Facebook page, connecting with new members and building a community that will return to participate in future projects.

Teaching fixed lessons to groups of up to 8 students with First Leap. Trusted to be on standby and fill in with a moments notice to cover fellow teachers lessons.

I delivered 491 English free talk lesson to children aged 4-16 in China via an online platform called Dada. Overall I taught 267 students.

In my role as Content Assistant, I specifically worked on making the university website more accessible. I learnt how to use T4 and Siteimprove. Myself and the whole web team ensured that the University of Stirling website was the 2nd most accessible university website in the UK.

My role as crew member meant my main responsibilities consisted of preparing orders and handing them to customers, along with till work. This position taught me how to provide a good customer experience with a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
