• Managed all aspects of IAC Corporate events from initial concept through execution, including developing and managing event budget, site selection, list management, and logistics such as food and beverage, entertainment, decor, audiovisual services, transportation services, gifts, and speaker management• Served as main client contact for client events at the IAC Building and assisted clients with vendor management, security, cleaning, and event set-up• Facilitated the production of marketing and promotional materials, including event itineraries, event diagrams, and invitations• Represented IAC as a community liaison and coordinated community service efforts for the organization

• Carried out all catering requests, including caterer identification and selection, menu proposal presentation to executives, food and beverage set-up/design, and overall program budget management• Coordinated with Executive Assistants and their executives to backstop their event-related responsibilities• Handled coordination of external A/V vendors for all executive-level meetings• Volunteered as team lead for IAC HQ move from midtown to Frank Gehry Building in Chelsea where responsibilities included aesthetic styling of conference rooms, break room layouts, and sourcing of branded merchandise
