-Responsible for oversight of site planning and landscape architectural elements for residential land development projects from conceptual stage, during approval process and through final stages of construction for national homebuilder in multiple market sectors.-Lead multiple projects through the approval process at municipal, county and state levels including providing expert testimony in land use and zoning issues.-Prepare proposals outlining scope of work and anticipated costs for client-Consistently update clients on project status, possible future project needs and milestone achievements during theproject approval timeline.-Develop residential site plans for various size projects and types including: traditional subdivisions, mixed-usecommunities, urban infill, golf course communities, active adult, neo-traditional and transit oriented developments-Compile analysis of existing site conditions and application of local, state and national regulations as they pertain topotential development alternatives.-Create amenity - recreation programing and design from conceptual site planning to construction detailing for itemssuch as clubhouses, pools, sport courts, trails and other outdoor living areas as related to common homeowner’sassociation elements.-Prepare landscape, hardscape, lighting and signage design (conceptual, approval documents and constructiondocuments).-Provide graphic representation of site plans and various design elements for clients and public presentation.-Working with clients to provide creative cost-effective planning and design solutions throughout life of projects.-Mentoring junior staff.
