Joining the Evolution office has offered multiple facets for coaching new product owners, scrum masters, and team members. I have trained the group on the how and why use of Gherkin acceptance criteria. Being a certified AgilityHealth Facilitator, I have led Leadership AHA, Team Agility assessments, and Product Health assessments. Additionally assisting with process improvements to streamline onboarding new teams. Leading the migration in Jira, configuring it for our train, and educating team members all in an effort to begin capturing metrics to improve product and agile maturity.

As a transformation change agent, I assumed existing teams and stood up new teams, whereby coaching and mentoring the team and stakeholders alike on Agile methodologies. Implemented and trained analysts on how to write acceptance criteria in Jira using Gherkin. Initiated an internal SM CoP to share best practices, provide mentorship to junior SMs', and general enterprise updates. Facilitated a forum for AgilityHealth maturity assessment/retrospectives at the enterprise level striving to achieve consistency in delivery and execution. Worked with the CoE defining, capturing, and reporting metrics. Participated in the SPC enterprise group, as well as a sub committee focusing on leadership Agile/SAFe training and education. I was involved in PI Planning events with multiple teams both remote and on site.

Consultant Scrum Master - Responsible for Kanban teams, one of which is initiating a DevOps process to implement continuous integration and delivery. My experience offered the ability to assist and guide new Scrum Masters, and create/update SM training documentation, create an SM Community of Practice.

I worked on our external website during a migration period of transferring customers from an old website to a new website. As a PO, my team was responsible for working stories that were of high importance to our customer base with high visibility. While in this role, I was involved in a design Sprint that we got immediate feedback testing with customers. I interfaced directly with customers better understanding their business and usage of the site to fulfill and replenish stock.

Aiding in the transformation of Waterfall to Agile, I stood up multiple teams, brought best practices and standards, trained associates through the transition, and helped with the Agile tool selection. Teams range from Business Intelligence, SharePoint, java, angular JS, SOA, and our home grown system using Unidata. Team's products ranged from creating a brand new proprietary costing application using newly acquired software and architecture, to minor production fixes or enhancements. As Agile expanded, so did my capacity to mentor and coach new team members. I trained BAs' on user story creation, and introduced Gherkin as acceptance critiera shortly after joining the company leading to quality outcomes. Assisted in the Agile tool analysis and POC, and then helped lead the train-the-trainer sessions for team members on usage of the decided Versionone application.

Managed Agile projects in the Monitoring & Diagnostic area in GE Power. As the SM, I facilitated all scrum ceremonies and monitored productivity. Naturally coached team members and stakeholders in the Agile processes. Overarching, I also served as a PM as we created phased presentations for the enterprise. Additionally, monthly operational reports were prepared and presented to review team's performance, metrics, and overall health using data out of Rally, and qTest. Additionally, I managed automated testers who were responsible for achieving test code coverage to 80% of all regression tests.

I managed web-based projects using MSP, launching new or upgraded Loyalty websites that provide point redemptions for many Fortune 500 clients. Projects were run in a hybrid fashion by having multiple technical disciplines within a project running in parallel, while we attempted to create smaller iterative deliverables in the timeline.
