Joining the Evolution office has offered multiple facets for coaching new product owners, scrum masters, and team members. I have trained the group on the how and why use of Gherkin acceptance criteria. Being a certified AgilityHealth Facilitator, I have led Leadership AHA, Team Agility assessments, and Product Health assessments. Additionally assisting with process improvements to streamline onboarding new teams. Leading the migration in Jira, configuring it for our train, and educating team members all in an effort to begin capturing metrics to improve product and agile maturity.
