- Developing event plans and marketing strategies targeted toward mathematics, computer science, and statistics university students - Assisting with in-person preparations and clean-up for events - Working on the following events: DeerHacks 4, Resume Roast, Study Hall, Halloween Jam, Math & Stats Alumni Panel DeerHacks is UofT Mississauga’s annual premier hackathon with previously 1,000+ hacker applicants, 25+ events, 50+ organizers, and 40+ reached countries

- Developing initiatives that aim to support university students in STEM, with a focus on women studying computer science - Managing files and documentation required for events - Assisting with event venue logistics, including setting up and taking down the event spaces - Overseeing the following events: Let’s Talk POSt, Career Talks: Internship Edition, Cocoa and Cram

- Coordinating events and socials to spread the club’s impact in the student community- Reaching out to other organizations to collaborate on initiatives

YOC is a non-profit that connects high school students to local and global volunteering opportunities. - Rebranded YOC to have a clear, focused goal and image, which strengthened thecouncil’s professionalism and external relations - Overseeing the coordination of multiple teams in different departments to execute councilinitiatives, allowing for an organized environment of collaboration - Communicating project expectations and work requests to council members - Organizing administrative and operational documents and forms

- Spearheaded 2 major initiatives: YOC Monthly Newsletter, YOC High School Experience Seminar 2021 - Documenting and updating records of event attendees, ensuring reliable information fororganized event management and follow-up- Supervising and training YOC Newsletter Team - Conducting data analysis of the monthly newsletter to implement features from the most popular editions in the next editions
