I believe that methods, processes, and products should be designed around people, not the other way around. Data comes from people, and that data can take many forms - from numbers to conversations; from neat rows and columns to unstructured transcripts of interviews. But, data and information have to be translated into insights, stories, and processes that are curated for users and stakeholders to be meaningful.
