• Developing a proposal writing guide that is tailored to reflect PSI programs and how they relate to donor priorities. Managing the project includes determining the content of the guide; compiling the applicable documents that exist, coordinating colleagues to contribute time, effort, documents and opinions as necessary; and writing an introduction to the guide • Assisting in the development of a family and community HIV/AIDS peer education program associated with a corporate HIV/AIDS program.
