While working for BYU's IT support desk, I responded to phone calls and emails to help solve various technological issues. I coordinated support outside of what I was able to do, and was able to train others to do the same.

I taught and managed other tutors in individual math homework help and basic math skills. I also developed lesson plans for small classes of students to learn reading fundamentals such as "silent e" and reading comprehension. In this role I also interacted with parents to set goals and follow up with plans for their student, planned and carried out events for students and community members, provided student evaluation and written reports and trained tutors on how to best help students.
