Consultant-Product Coordinator At Hkscan
The product coordinator role at HKScan includes working closely to the marketing department, key account managers, buyers, brand managers and customers in the Nordic region including being the contact person for exporting countries such as Uruguay, New Zeeland and Brazil. The work consists of updating the VCD numbers that the key account managers and customers need in order to buy and sell the products. The job also includes updating stickers with the correct and legal information needed and follow up on marketing material; both in-house for the brands and externally for current and new products. The job requires knowledge of marketing processes, products, product processes and good attention to detail as well as working on tight deadlines in a number of different systems. Also co-ordinating photo shoots with photographer and warehoouse as well as locating and gathering information on each product straight from producers in other countries.
Consultant In Administration, Reception And Customer Service
Via ServeOffice I have been given the opportunity to work with different clients such as Oriflame (skin care and make up company with HQ in Sweden), Bjurfors (real estate) and Unionen (one of the largest unions in Sweden) with duties like; administration of memberships, salaries and new employers, reception and phone switch, and the everyday work in a reception; meet and greet, order of lunches, dealing with post and orders. Huge part of the consult job has been to learn new and different routines fast and to “melt” into new environments quick.
Marketing Executive Sweden And Finland
In this role, I worked on building and sustaining relationships with external partners and consumers for all video game titles in EA’s catalogue. This included planning for, executing and attending several events in Sweden and Finland, a task that required tremendous coordination. I worked closely with external, local, event agencies, partners, and internally with product managers, key account managers, PR, and game developers. The strategies planned on a local level were based on global goals. We would brainstorm as a team to discover creative ways to market the video games before, during and after release. I also managed the Facebook administrators for several game titles, working closely to create content and plan activities for our social media and community channels. I was responsible for the monthly review of activities and statistics and for including these results in the country management report. Every month I worked closely with the marketing and PR department on planning, forecasting and following up on budgets. In addition, a lot of the role’s responsibilities included coordinating translations (English to Swedish) and assisting in the revision of the copywriting going on packs, in plans and CRM newsletters in line with the companies’ branding, tone of voice and strategy. During my time at EA, I learned much about B2C relationships within the technology sector and witnessed first-hand the slow transition from traditional retail to online commerce, which today is more norm than an exception. I worked closely with industry partners whose E-Sport events were small at the time and have since grown to worldwide distribution via their own streaming services or Twitch. This role also exposed me to a workplace where English was the first language and where communicating with colleagues globally was an everyday occurrence.
Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator
- Develop signage to our 112 stores across the country and to guide and inspire staff in how the material can best be used to increase sales and visitors to the stores.- Visit the store and manage marketing materials in conjunction with refurbishment / new stores.- In addition to the monthly plate material I work with special mailings, advertisements, flyers, and to support other sales departments and Support Center departments need marketing materials.- Build a close relationship with the advertising agency Raring to more easily produce store material that breathes Phone House. That includes everything from attending the meetings regarding POS materials, training together in how we follow guidelines from our headquarters in England, writing the brief on which material should be developed for each new campaign period. Follow up, proofread materials and guide to the best results.- Build closer relationships with store colleagues, regional managers, suppliers, operators, printing and business partners to constantly be familiar with the daily work in the store and the latest happening in the telecom market.
Team Leader Sales Support
-As a team leader I worked with to support and lead a group of administrators in order processing of subscriptions sold by the sales channels Event and Corporation. Administration of customer service issues and the withdrawal of cases against the operators of Phone House cooperates was a part of the daily work.- As personnel manager it was my main task to ensure that the orders that came in were handled in time for the customer and the seller's sake but also to keep the momentum going so we did the budget. In addition, it was an important part of the job to put procedures in place to simplify work processes, manage monthly performance reviews, follow their progress, set goals along their development curve and to get the group to thrive. At most, I had eleven people in my team.
Administrator Sales Support
- As an administrator it was my job to handle the orders that came in from the sales channel Event in each of the operator and eliminating subscription to the product the customer wanted.
Assistant Store Manager/Sales Rep
- Responding to customers in stores, by mail and by phone, create a good contact and ensure customer needs. Make a good sell and give the customer a pleasant experience at the store.- Unpack the goods, inventory items, order and manage supplies at the store. Handling of Wedding Lists and re-decorating marketing material in store at least once each month.- As an assistant store manager, I was in charge when the store manager was away. This meant scheduling, payroll, personnel responsibility and accountability to the store did its precarious budget.
