I am a certified secondary education teacher based in the northern valley of Arizona. I obtained a masters degree in history from Arizona State University and in 2016 graduated Summa Cum Laude with my bachelors degree in History with a concentration in secondary education from ASU’s New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences in conjunction with Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College. With a background in early childhood and secondary education, it is my privilege to manage my own classroom and teach history and American Civics to the rising generation. I have been apart of many educational circles such as Club Ed at Paradise Valley Community College as well as the iTeachAZ program at Arizona State University. I was fortunate enough to complete three internships in valley schools as well as my student teaching at Centennial High School. I was with Peoria Unified School District for four years and it was an honor! I am now working full time with BASIS Ed. I would like to use my current skill set to become a collegiate professor and continue my work in the education field.
