The positions I've held as QC Manager, QA Technician, and Quality Manager have built my strong background in ISO 9001 and fostered my abilities to successfully guide a company through a rapid certification process.I have held a variety of leadership positions, including Assistant Dedicated Crew Chief in the Air Force, as Student Math Club president, coaching softball for several years, and in the positions of Quality Control Manager, Production Lab Manager, and Quality Manager/Management Representative.My military experience is an asset that has taught me values such as attention to detail, discipline, order, communication, leadership skills, and the importance of chain of command. I spent my enlistment as a Crew Chief on the B-2 Spirit, maintaining hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, which required a secret security clearance. I performed launch and recovery of aircraft for routine sorties, air shows, and combat missions. I received an Honorable Discharge in July of 2002 in order to seek higher education in the field of science.I have achieved an Associate of Science degree with emphases in Mathematics and Physics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, all with high honors.My experience working in laboratory environments, specifically analytical labs, has fostered my ability to be extremely detail oriented and organized. I have the capacity to perform large amounts of data entry and analysis accurately. I have a strong interest in writing, data analysis, and problem-solving.The work I do now is funding my new goal. I have returned to Sinclair and Wright State to pursue a bachelor's degree in accounting. It is a complete 180 from my current career, but so far I'm enjoying it. My favorite courses are Accounting and Statistics, and I look forward to a heavy accounting curriculum very soon!
