As an Assistant to four senior directors: Director of Community Programming, Managing Director of Intergovernmental Relations and Strategic Outreach, Government and Community Relations (Boston), and Director of Government and Community Relations (Cambridge) at Harvard University Public Affairs & Communications, I collaborate with diverse stakeholders to advance Harvard's reputation and impact. I have a Dual Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management and Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, where I specialized in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. I am currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Strategic Management from Harvard Extension School, where I am learning how to apply strategic thinking and analysis to complex organizational challenges. I have a background in business administration, nonprofit management, and community outreach, with experience in multiple professional environments. I was an Outreach Specialist at CAAIRE, where I brought together team members, community organizations, and state agencies to achieve strategic objectives. I am bilingual in Spanish and English, and I have excellent time management skills acquired through participation in D1 college athletics. I am passionate about strengthening our communities and seeing more resources available to people who will benefit from them.
