I am a entrepreneurial small business owner, a lifelong learner, and a creative thinker. I thrive in dynamic environments and love to solve difficult problems through empathetic collaboration, comprehensive research and unconventional approaches.Since graduating with my MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business with a focus on Social Impact, I consult for high growth companies to help align their people strategy with their overall business strategy through design thinking and facilitation.I've spent the last decade growing Trail Marker Wine, a small premium wine brand in Northern California that I founded with my partner in 2012. In addition to Trail Marker, I've worked with other premium wine brands to develop their business through innovative sales and marketing strategy. At LIOCO Wines, I led the entire direct sales channel for 5 years at a time of big transition during the acquisition and opening of their first Tasting Room. I collaborated with the founders, investors, external brand manager and the winemaker to develop a comprehensive marketing and communications plan. I then managed the plan & all the projects therein. At Bluxome Street Winery, I was a part of the founding team that launched the first urban winery to open in San Francisco in over a century. There, I built the events business from nothing to over 100 events per year, becoming the primary revenue stream for the company. I worked in collaboration with external brand management and PR firms to develop Bluxome's brand identity. I created a public event series to improve community engagement within the newly developed South SoMa district of San Francisco. I produced several premiere wine industry events including La Paulee, Sherryfest and In Pursuit of Balance.Before wine and consulting, I worked as an IATSE Union Costumer in Los Angeles' Film & Television Industry, where I learned to work with all manner of challenging situations and personalities and aimed to solve problems creatively, quickly and collaboratively.While I have a wide range of professional experiences, interests and passions the through-line is my grit, integrity and humility.Now, I am looking to apply my MBA education, entrepreneurial business development and consulting experience to help organizations achieve a greater impact.
