WHO I AMDrawing from a rich professional journey – from my beginnings as a nurse to assuming roles such as health services director, regional director, and VP of clinical operations, I am passionate about making a difference in people's lives.WHAT I DOAt Landmark Health, I oversaw a 50+ interdisciplinary team and managed the Western Region health services department (WA, OR, CA, and TX). At Evergreen Nephrology, I led an eight-member clinical team to launch and manage the clinical program while partnering with nephrology practices across the nation to help them take risks on fee-for-service patients with kidney disease under the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation pilot.SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS• Served as one of the first 15 employees in a value-based care kidney care early-stage startup.• Created a foundational clinical model and a multidimensional assessment to identify and address care barriers.• Promoted to Regional Director based on consistently scoring in the Top 3 in the nation.• Recognized as a national leader and promoted to Health Services Director.• Key members of multiple committees, including interim chair of DEI’s health equity steering group, advisory member of the corporate quality committee, a core member of the integrated review group, and health plan joint operation and clinical committees.
