I’m a junior at Indiana University currently studying Marketing and Management through the Kelley School of Business. Over the past few years, I’ve developed a genuine passion for leadership, operations, and the retail industry, which I’ve explored through valuable hands-on experiences.As the President of my sorority, I’ve had the opportunity to lead a diverse group of 250 women, fostering teamwork and creating impactful initiatives that promote community engagement. This role has strengthened my leadership and organizational skills, allowing me to develop a more dynamic leadership style.Additionally, my internship as a District Manager with ALDI provided me with firsthand experience in retail operations and strategic decision-making. Working closely with a talented team, I learned how to manage daily challenges and drive business success, further fueling my interest in the industry. I’m excited to return to ALDI next summer as a District Manager Intern and to serve as a Campus Ambassador here at Indiana University.These experiences have greatly prepared me to succeed in the marketing and management fields. I plan to use the valuable takeaways in conjunction with my determination and education to make a difference wherever I am needed. My goal is continue to develop my leadership style and management skills, and I am eager to tackle new challenges as I explore a fulfilling career in marketing and management.
